shipping restrictions, we cannot ship PVC glue or cleaner with this kit. You will need to purchase these locally at a hardware store for about $5
to glue the PVC fittings and pipe together.
This misting system is designed from high quality schedule 40 PVC pipe and fittings. This greenhouse misting system is designed for LOW
PRESSURE use only and the maximum recommended water pressure for this greenhouse misting kit is 100psi. Beware of similar greenhouse
misting kits that are selling for less. They use cheap misting nozzles that clog quickly and require replacement. Our greenhouse misting system
kits come with our exclusive misting nozzles that feature built-in mesh screen filters to prevent nozzle clogging. Click here to learn more about

The supply line is pre-cut to have the misting nozzles spaced out every 18". We have found that having the nozzles spaced 18" apart gives you
the best results. If your greenhouse misting system is emitting too much water for your liking, you can remove a misting nozzle from the system
and install an 1/8" plug in the nozzle's place. These plugs are sold separately on our website or can be purchased at most hardware stores in
the plumbing isle. Each misting nozzle flows 1.90gph@40PSI or 3.00gph@100PSI. These misting nozzles are perfect for watering plants
because they conserve water and do not over water the plant. Additionally they are ideal for maintaining the humidity level inside your
greenhouse so that your plants can thrive.
The mounting clamps we include with our misting systems are by far the best and easiest to work with. Simply mount a mounting clamp every 3
to 4 feet using screws or nails and the 1/2" PVC supply pipe snaps easily into the brackets on the mounting clamps. The mounting clamps have
nail holes in them, and you can just nail the clamps into place. However if you are attaching the clamps to metal or plastic (vinyl) you need to
use flat pan head screws or you can cut a counter sink in the mounting tab and then use counter sunk screws. Mounting hardware is not
included.
All of our Greenhouse Misting Systems can be expanded by conjoining additional kits together. For example a 10' greenhouse misting kit and a
25' greenhouse misting kit will provide you with enough pipe, fittings, and nozzles to build a greenhouse misting system up to 35' in length.
