Return Policy
All sales are final on all misting systems, misting fans, misting pumps, special orders, and custom products. These items will only be replaced if they
prove to be defective upon return. All other items that are in new and unused condition may be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery for
a refund minus any shipping and packaging costs. Non defective merchandise that is returned may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items that are
available for return are not refundable once they are used. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained prior to returning any item. We are not

Shipping Information
We ship worldwide everyday, but the free shipping rates on our website are for orders shipped within the continental USA only. If you live outside of
the USA and would like to place an order, please contact us to obtain a shipping quote.
Aqua Misters ships orders with FEDEX and USPS. If your order requires next day delivery, please contact us before placing an order to obtain an
expedited shipping quote and to verify your order can be guaranteed shipping for next day delivery.
In stock orders that are received by 3pm (EDT) are typically shipped same day. In the event an item is on backorder we will contact you to let you
know the preliminary ship date of your order. Most items on backorder ship within 3-7 days.
Advice Given From Our Company
Any advice given to you by an Aqua Misters employee should be taken as advice and advice only. In situations where a customer contacts us for
advice prior to ordering, we will gladly assist you with your unique misting project and offer you our advice and expertise. Unfortunately over the years
there have been several instances where people give us inaccurate information about their project which in turn leads us to give inaccurate
information back to the customer. This is includes having us lay out an intricate misting system with no photos or detailed drawings (this includes hand
drawn layouts) of the project area. In these situations products may not work or not work as the customer had hoped. We can only tell you what we
know based off what you are telling us. We make no guarantees off our advice, especially when you provide inaccurate information.
Custom Orders
If your water misting needs require a misting product not shown in our product listing, please contact us with your needs and we will let you know if we
can design and manufacture a custom misting product for your needs. Custom orders may take some extra time to ship and are not refundable.
Large Quantity Orders
Price breaks are available for customers such as hotels that order a large quantity of identical water misting products. Please contact us if you plan on
buying several identical (5 or more) water misting products to see if your order is eligible for a discount. Some items do not apply for quantity
discounts.
Warranty Information
Aqua Misters and it's parent company, SnowStorm Snowmaking, fully stand behind each and every product they manufacture and sell. All of our water
misters are backed by a limited 90 day warranty. If for any reason your water mister becomes defective during this time period, at our sole discretion,
we may fix or replace the mister at no charge to you. Product abuse, neglect, misuse, and failure to follow product instructions will void your warranty.
Manufacturing Information
All of our water misters, misting nozzles, and misting systems are assembled, designed, engineered, and packaged in the USA meeting "Made in USA"
requirements. Our misting fans are 50% made in USA and do not meet Made In USA requirements.
