Our High Pressure Nylon Misting Systems are one of our best selling misting systems. What is nice about this type of misting system is that you can
easily customize it by cutting the Nylon tubing to any length you want. Traditional misting systems come with pre-cut tubing that makes it difficult to
customize your misting system layout.
Simply cut the Nylon tubing to any length you want between misting nozzles. A tubing cutter is included with the kit to ensure clean cuts in the tubing.
This misting system uses push to connect style fittings to make installing the misting system fast and easy. With the push to connect style fittings,
you just push the Nylon tubing into the fitting and it instantly locks into place. The push to connect fittings have quick disconnects that you can push
to remove the tubing if needed. By using the push to connect fittings, you save a lot of time installing the misting system compared to using
compression style fittings that are used with other misting systems.
The misting nozzles are constructed out of UV and corrosion resistant plastic and will actually outlast brass misting nozzles that are traditionally used
in high pressure misting systems. We used to use brass misting nozzles for our high pressure misting systems, but found the plastic misting nozzles
work the best and last the longest. Each misting nozzle has it's own built-in mesh screen filter to prevent nozzle clogging. A universal quick connect
fitting is included for attaching the misting system directly to your high pressure misting pump.
We included enough Nylon tubing with this kit for an 18" nozzle spacing or for up to 10 feet of mist cooling. If you desire a larger nozzle spacing, you
